Job summary

RRD is seeking a Production & Manufacturing Team Lead for the third shift. You will operate and set up printing machines like 227, Alphaliner, and Ferag, delegating labor, and ensuring material is staged for production.

You will lead a small crew, monitor safety, quality, and efficiency, and perform Material Handler duties as needed. Strong communication and problem-solving are essential for success.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED (Preferred).
• 1–3 years related experience (Preferred).
• Basic computer experience.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload material into machine. Material Handler duties and responsibilities as required.
• Perform and validate proper machine component set up.
• Applies troubleshooting skills for various machine components; minor non‑mechanical adjustments (jams, calibration) for safety.
• Manage machine performance using a computer interface; enter data into MS Excel; take corrective action when prompted by error messages.
• Perform quality checks on finished products; resolve productivity and quality issues; support audits; report data to Production Lead/Supervisor.
