Job summary

RR Donnelley is seeking a 3rd shift Machine Operator/Lead in the Production & Manufacturing department. You will oversee material handling, machine setup, and ensure production goals and quality are met on a fast-paced line.

Responsibilities include troubleshooting machine components, recording performance data in Excel, and mentoring team members. Strong communication and safety practices are essential for this role.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED (Preferred)
• 1-3 years related experience (Preferred)
• Basic computer experience

Responsibilities

• Load/unload material into the machine and perform duties as required.
• Set up machine components and perform minor non‑mechanical adjustments (jams, calibration).
• Monitor machine performance via computer interface and enter data into Excel.
• Perform quality checks and support audits; report data to supervisor for improvements.
• Maintain housekeeping and safety at all times.
