Job summary

RRD is seeking a Production Technician 1 Feeder/Strapper on the 3rd shift in the United States. The role focuses on meeting production goals, operating and setting up machinery, and leading a team while ensuring proper materials are staged at the machine.

Responsibilities include machine setup, troubleshooting, data entry into Excel, quality checks, audits support, and maintaining safety and housekeeping. Requires 1–3 years' related experience and a High School Diploma or GED.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 1-3 years related experience preferred.
• Basic computer experience required.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload material into machine; perform Strapper/Feeder duties as required.
• Perform and validate proper machine component setup.
• Troubleshoot and adjust jams or minor issues; ensure safety and maintenance procedures are followed.
• Use computer interface to monitor machine performance and enter data into Excel.
• Perform QC checks and resolve productivity/quality issues; support audits.
• Maintain housekeeping and safety; other duties as assigned.
