Job summary

RRD is seeking a Production Technician on the 3rd shift to operate and set up packaging/printing equipment, lead a small crew, and meet production goals and quality standards. You will troubleshoot, document data, and support audits to ensure safety and efficiency.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years of manufacturing experience, basic computer skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. OT may be required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 1–3 years related manufacturing experience preferred.
• Basic computer experience required.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload material into the machine; perform PT1 Strapper/Feeder duties as required.
• Set up machine components and perform minor electrical/mechanical adjustments.
• Troubleshoot components, calibrate, and adjust to ensure safety and quality.
• Monitor performance via computer interface; enter data into Excel; take corrective actions.
• Perform QC on finished products; support audits and report findings to leadership.
• Lead, coach and communicate with production team; participate in team meetings.
