Job summary

RR Donnelley & Sons is seeking a Production Technician for the 3rd shift (Wed–Sun, 8:15pm–4:30am). You will lead a small team, oversee material staging, operate and set up multiple presses, and ensure safe, efficient production with quality checks.

The role requires attention to detail, basic computer skills, and the ability to communicate and collaborate with supervisors. Overtime may be required, with competitive benefits offered.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 1-3 years related experience preferred.
• Basic computer experience required.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload material into the machine.
• Perform machine setup and configuration.
• Troubleshoot minor issues and calibrate equipment.
• Record machine performance data in Excel and monitor QC.
