Job summary

Inframark LLC in Suwanee, GA is seeking an experienced Lift Station Maintenance Manager to lead field maintenance operations for lift stations, pumping systems and related water infrastructure. You will supervise maintenance crews, plan preventive maintenance, and coordinate repairs to ensure reliable system performance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of water/wastewater or industrial maintenance experience.
• Minimum 2 years of supervisory or leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of lift stations, pumps, motors, mechanical systems, and electrical troubleshooting.
• Experience managing crews, work orders, contractors, and maintenance priorities.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Water and/or wastewater certification or license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, train, and develop maintenance technicians and crew leaders.
• Oversee maintenance, repair, and installation of lift stations, pumps, motors, controls, and related equipment.
• Plan and schedule preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
• Coordinate with contractors and internal departments to complete field projects.
• Manage fleet equipment, tools, parts inventory, and maintenance supplies.
• Review work quality and ensure compliance with company procedures and safety requirements.
• Facilitate weekly maintenance and safety meetings.
• Ensure DOT and regulatory compliance.
