Job summary

Inframark is seeking an experienced Lift Station Maintenance Manager to lead field operations for lift stations, pumping systems and related water and wastewater assets. You will supervise maintenance crews, coordinate repairs, and ensure safe, reliable system performance in line with DOT and regulatory requirements.

You will plan preventive maintenance, manage contracts and vendors, prioritize work orders, and drive safety through weekly meetings and clear escalation paths.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of water/wastewater or industrial maintenance experience.
• Minimum 2 years of supervisory or leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of lift stations, pumps, motors, mechanical systems, and electrical troubleshooting.
• Experience managing crews, work orders, contractors, and maintenance priorities.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Water and/or wastewater certification or license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, train, and develop maintenance technicians and crew leaders.
• Oversee maintenance, repair, and installation of lift stations, pumps, motors, controls, and related equipment.
• Plan and schedule preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
• Coordinate with contractors and internal departments to complete field projects.
• Manage fleet equipment, tools, parts inventory, and maintenance supplies.
• Review work quality and ensure compliance with company procedures and safety requirements.
• Facilitate weekly maintenance and safety meetings.
• Ensure DOT and regulatory compliance.
