Job summary

Inframark LLC seeks a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee daily maintenance activities at water and wastewater facilities. You will plan, schedule, and deliver preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance under the supervision of the Project or Plant Manager.

The role requires strong supervisory and communication skills, familiarity with CMMS, and knowledge of pumps, motors, and electrical systems typical to water utilities. CDL may be a plus.

Qualifications

• Supervisory experience directing maintenance staff.
• Familiarity with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS).
• Strong problem-solving skills for mechanical/electrical systems.
• Knowledge of pumps, motors and electrical systems in water/wastewater facilities.
• Proficient with Word, Excel, PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Oversees and coordinates mechanical operation of the project.
• Supervises and directs assigned maintenance staff.
• Ensures maintenance schedules and procedures are followed.
• Completes preventive and predictive maintenance tasks on schedule.
• Schedules and completes corrective or emergency repairs promptly.
• Assesses and prioritizes maintenance functions.
• Works with Project/Plant Manager to improve systems and efficiency.
• Implements improvements to operating procedures and work orders.
• Recommends changes in staffing, salary and performance.
• Allocates work and assists in training personnel.
• Other duties as assigned.
