Qualifications

• You have led governance at a company selling into large enterprises with named account rules and territory disputes.
• You have arbitrated ownership conflicts and have standing to enforce decisions.
• You think in process first, tooling second: can diagnose stalled vs dead leads and define rules.

Responsibilities

• Write and enforce rules of engagement for lead ownership and distribution across account managers and pods.
• Monitor lead velocity and aging, flag underperforming reps and neglected accounts.
• Manage lead growth: sourcing rules, assignment logic for new enterprise targets, reclamation of neglected accounts.
