Job summary

Syneos Health is seeking an Associate Director, Solution Design to oversee the overall solution development process with cross-functional integration across teams. You will manage staff and guide the delivery of high-quality solutions and contracts.

Responsibilities include activating opportunities with the Syneos One Design team, performing quality checks, presenting to customers, coordinating legal documents, onboarding staff, and handing off to delivery teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• 7+ years' relevant work experience in the life sciences or consulting industry.
• Program and project management experience.
• Management consulting or services company experience (e.g., CRO, CCO).
• Willingness to travel ~25%.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the overall solution development process and ensure integration within and across functions and business units.
• Manage team members and provide guidance and leadership to deliver quality work.
• Quality check work throughout the solution development process.
• Participate in virtual and live customer presentations and document follow-up actions.
• Navigate internal processes and customer needs to facilitate contracts and other legal documents.
• Keep stakeholders updated on opportunity status and timelines.
• Onboard team members and transfer customer relationships for hand-off to delivery teams.
• Lead weekly operations meetings to assign resources to opportunities and projects.
