Qualifications

• 7+ years’ relevant work experience in the life sciences or consulting industry.
• Program and project management experience.
• Management consulting or services company experience (e.g., CRO, CCO).
• Willingness to travel ~25%.

Responsibilities

• Manage opportunity activation and design an initial solution with the Syneos One Design team.
• Quality check work throughout the solution development process.
• Participate in customer presentations and document follow‑ups.
• Navigate internal processes to facilitate contracts, work orders and legal docs.
