Job summary

Qualifications

• 7+ years of relevant work experience in life sciences or consulting.
• Program and project management experience.
• Willingness to travel approximately 25%.

Responsibilities

• Manage opportunity activation with Syneos One Design team to design an initial solution.
• Quality check work throughout the solution development process.
• Participate in virtual and live customer presentations and document follow-up actions.
• Navigate internal processes and customer needs to facilitate contracts and other documents.
• Onboard team members and transfer customer relationships to delivery teams.
• Lead weekly operations meetings where resources are assigned to opportunities.
