Syneos Health is seeking a seasoned consultant to join the R&D Advisory Group, helping life sciences organizations optimize research, clinical, regulatory, quality and pharmacovigilance functions. You will guide senior stakeholders, craft proposals, develop engagement plans, and drive opportunities across projects and alliances.

The role emphasizes engagement management, strategic thinking, and strong presentation skills within a global consulting context in the life sciences field.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in life science or business.
• Extensive consulting management experience in life sciences/pharma/biotech.
• Experience with R&D operational roles in industry or consulting.
• Engagement management experience.
• Strong presentation and business development skills.

Responsibilities

• Work with senior customer stakeholders to understand goals, processes, operations and expectations.
• Develop customer proposals with approach, solution and commercial construct for delivery.
• Develop engagement strategies and plans; present findings and recommendations to team members.
• Conduct quality management oversight of project deliverables ensuring alignment to business objectives.
• Develop content for business development opportunities with prospective customers.
• Build a network of potential customers via social media, seminars, conferences and referrals.
