Job summary

BNBuilders seeks a Senior Superintendent to manage all field operations on the San Diego project, ensuring timely and profitable completion. You will lead Superintendents, Foremen, and labor crews while maintaining clear client communication and coordinating site activities.

This role requires strong leadership, organization, and safety oversight, with experience in healthcare projects and OSHPD/HCAI regulations.

Qualifications

• Degree in Construction Management, Business Administration, or a closely related field preferred.
• OSHA Certification.
• First Aid/CPR certification.
• Minimum 8 years of industry experience.
• Experience following OSHPD/HCAI regulations on healthcare projects.

Responsibilities

• Direct on-site supervision of field labor force including Superintendents, Foremen, subcontractors, and other construction related personnel.
• Assist Sr. Project Manager in supervision and responsibility of total construction effort per design, budget, quality and schedule.
• Inspect contractor or subcontract operations to ensure contract compliance.
• Review and approve trade contractor payment applications with Project Manager.
• Maintain relationships with Owner, Architect/Engineer and partners.
• Develop and maintain site logistics plan with Sr. Project Manager.
• Coordinate quality assurance & controls; conduct quality inspections.
• Monitor costs, including labor time and material.
• Communicate and enforce safety and health management program.
• Prepare and submit Superintendent daily reports and attend project meetings.
