Job summary

McGrath & Associates, Inc. seeks an experienced Superintendent to lead complex life sciences construction in the Research Triangle region of North Carolina.

You will own field operations, coordinate specialized trades, and ensure safety and on-time delivery on projects such as pharmaceutical facilities and biotech labs. You will work with project managers, engineers, vendors, and trade partners to drive schedules, sequencing, and commissioning activities, while leveraging Procore and related

Qualifications

• 5+ years as lead construction superintendent on life sciences projects.
• Experience with pharma, cGMP cleanroom, lab or biotech facilities.
• Ability to read and interpret complex drawings and specs.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily field operations on pharmaceutical, cleanroom, and life sciences projects.
• Coordinate subcontractors, site logistics, manpower, and sequencing of work.
• Read and interpret MEP drawings and process layouts accurately.
• Develop and maintain short-range schedules and keep critical activities moving.
• Ensure safety; enforce EHS, cleanroom, and cGMP standards.
