GFT is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join our Construction Services team in Raleigh, North Carolina. This is a full-time, onsite role leading large-scale construction projects for life sciences and industrial manufacturing, ensuring work is completed on schedule and within budget while upholding safety and quality standards.

• 15+ years of construction project management experience in life sciences or industrial sectors.
• Proven track record of delivering large-scale projects on time and within budget.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Knowledge of GMP, FDA regulatory requirements is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all phases of construction projects from planning to execution.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams in regulated environments.
• Serve as primary liaison between clients, contractors, and vendors.
• Develop and manage project budgets, forecasts, and cost controls.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Mentor junior project managers and team members.
