• Verifies coverage, reserves and collaborates with counsel on complex matters.
• Leads investigations to determine compensability and damages.
• Develops and executes claim resolution strategies, including settlements.
• Manages budgets, resources, and timely payments within authority.
• Addresses subrogation, salvage opportunities and potential fraud.
• Maintains compliance with regulatory requirements and company guidelines.
• Mentors and trains less experienced Claim Professionals.
