• Verifies coverage, reserves and liability by interpreting policy language and coordinating with counsel on complex matters.
• Leads investigations to determine compensability and damages by gathering documents, statements and expert input as needed.
• Resolves claims by developing and executing a strategy, managing reserves and negotiating settlements within authority.
