Responsibilities

• Manages an inventory of highly complex commercial claims with large exposures per company protocols.
• Ensures exceptional customer service by managing all aspects of the claim and communicating with insureds and partners.
• Verifies coverage and establishes reserves by reviewing policy language and consulting with counsel on complex matters.
• Leads focused investigations to determine compensability and damages with pertinent information and witnesses.
• Resolves claims by negotiating settlements and coordinating with counsel and other parties.
• Maintains compliance and keeps leadership informed with case summaries and oversight reports.
