Job summary

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a relevant behavioral health field.
• North Carolina licensure or eligibility with plan to obtain full licensure within 30 months.
• At least 1 year of experience with behavioral health needs.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise an interdisciplinary team serving children and families in the community.
• Provide evidence-based individual therapy in home, school, and community settings.
• Coordinate care and serve as the primary link between families, treatment teams, and community resources.
• Help children and families build coping, communication, and daily living skills.
• Support families in addressing behavioral, emotional, and substance use challenges.
• Manage a caseload of 8–12 families.
• Participate in a rotating on-call response system to support families in crisis.
• Serve as the primary contact and coordinator of services for youth experiencing mental health or substance use challenges.
• Guide and support team members to ensure high-quality care.
