• Licensed to practice in North Carolina (LCSW-A, LCMHC-A, LMFT-A or equivalent).
• Experience supervising clinical teams and intensive in-home services.
• Familiarity with Medicaid requirements and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Conduct ongoing evaluation, assessment, and counseling for children and families.
• Provide clinical supervision and lead weekly team meetings.
• Ensure compliance with Medicaid requirements and timely documentation.
• Monitor team-to-family ratios and manage caseloads.
• Participate in crisis intervention and provide individual therapy as needed.
