Job summary

Pride in North Carolina, LLC is seeking a licensed therapist to lead our Intensive In-Home team, providing clinical supervision and evidence-based interventions to children and families.

The Team Lead conducts evaluations, oversees treatment planning, and ensures fidelity to evidence-based practices while supervising team members and managing productivity. A $3,000 sign-on bonus is offered.

Qualifications

• Licensed to practice as LCSW-A, LCMHC-A, LMFT-A or equivalent in North Carolina.
• Experience in clinical supervision and intensive in-home services.
• Full or provisional licensure required in NC.

Responsibilities

• Conduct ongoing evaluation, assessment, and counseling for children and families.
• Provide clinical supervision and lead weekly team meetings.
• Ensure compliance with Medicaid requirements and timely documentation.
• Monitor team-to-family ratios and manage caseloads.
• Participate in crisis intervention and provide individual therapy as needed.
