Qualifications

• Licensed Professional in NC (LCMHC or LCSW) or Associate licensed with ability to obtain full licensure within 30 months
• Minimum 1 year of documented experience with Child and Adolescent Mental Health population
• Ability to provide individual and family therapy and supervise IIH team
• Experience designing and updating PCP and coordinating assessments
• Capability to coordinate services and liaise with medical/non-medical providers
• Willingness to participate in person-centered planning and crisis interventions

Responsibilities

• Provide individual and family therapy for clients served by the team
• Coordinate and assign staff with specialized clinical expertise as clinically indicated
• Assess and reassess client clinical needs
• Provide clinical supervision for IIH team members
• Oversee initial and ongoing assessment activities
• Lead person-centered planning meetings and PCP development
• Consult with medical and non-medical providers and engage natural supports
• Ensure linkage to appropriate clinical services including psychological and psychiatric evaluations
• Deliver behavioral health services with other licensed professionals
• Monitor client progress and effectiveness of interventions
• Participate in plan implementation and psychoeducation
• Respond to crises and intervene when needed
• Engage providers and supports input in planning processes
