Job summary

Pride in North Carolina, LLC in Wilson, NC is seeking a licensed clinician to lead our Intensive In-Home team, providing supervision and evidence-based interventions for children and families.

The Team Lead will conduct evaluations, oversee treatment planning, ensure Medicaid documentation, and manage caseloads while maintaining fidelity to best practices. A $3,000 sign-on bonus is offered, with HRSA loan repayment opportunities for fully-licensed clinicians.

Qualifications

• Full or provisional licensure as LCSW(A), LCMHC(A), LMFT(A), or equivalent in North Carolina.
• Experience in clinical supervision and intensive in-home services.

Responsibilities

• Conduct ongoing evaluation, assessment, and counseling for children and families.
• Provide clinical supervision and lead weekly team meetings.
• Ensure compliance with Medicaid requirements and timely documentation.
• Monitor team-to-family ratios and manage caseloads.
• Participate in crisis intervention and provide individual therapy as needed.
