Job summary

Pride in North Carolina, LLC is seeking a licensed clinician to lead our Intensive In-Home team in Kinston, NC. The Team Lead will supervise staff, oversee evaluations, and ensure fidelity to evidence-based practices while supporting children and families.

Responsibilities include treatment planning, weekly team meetings, Medicaid compliance, and caseload management. A $3,000 sign-on bonus and HRSA student loan repayment program are available for fully licensed clinicians.

Qualifications

• Licensed clinician required: LCSW(A), LCMHC(A), LMFT(A) or equivalent in North Carolina.
• Experience in clinical supervision and intensive in-home services.

Responsibilities

• Conduct ongoing evaluation, assessment, and counseling for children and families.
• Provide clinical supervision and lead weekly team meetings.
• Ensure compliance with Medicaid requirements and timely documentation.
• Monitor team-to-family ratios and manage caseloads.
• Participate in crisis intervention and provide individual therapy as needed.
