Job summary

Cardinal Health in Groveport, Ohio is seeking an experienced Learning Development and Delivery professional to deliver and coordinate training programs at the Consumer Health Logistics Center. This on-site role supports New Employee Orientation, pharmaceutical distribution training, EH&S, and QA training, with operations Monday–Friday, 3pm–11:30pm and a focus on leveraging COE materials.

You will log completions in the Learning Management System, partner with site leaders, mentor peer

Qualifications

• Six plus years of relevant experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work at height.
• Strong verbal and written communication in English.

Responsibilities

• Delivers learning programs using COE materials and coordinates training needs.
• Takes lead on new hire orientations and department skills training.
• Manages training schedules and records in the LMS (mySpark).
• Prepares for classes, secures space, and communicates first day expectations.
• Acts as SME to assist in development of new materials and training tech.
