Job summary

Cardinal Health's Groveport, OH Consumer Health Logistics Center is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support inbound or outbound tasks. You will accurately pick, pack, and ship products, with cross-training across warehouse areas and adherence to quality and safety standards.

The role emphasizes teamwork in a fast-paced distribution setting, training to operate material handling equipment, and maintaining organized processes to ensure timely order fulfillment.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Comfort working with heights 20-30 ft regularly.
• Ability to bend, reach, stoop, lift and stand for entire shift.
• Ability to follow direction and change priorities.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with technologies like computers or POS systems a plus.
• High School diploma, GED or equivalent, or equivalent work experience preferred.
• Basic proficiency in English to read/write documents.
• Must be flexible to work overtime as needed.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced distribution environment meeting quotas and attendance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Follow established process to fulfill orders, accurately pick products, perform quality checks, pack, and prepare for shipment.
• Cross-train in multiple areas of the warehouse and participate in projects as needed.
• Perform housekeeping and inventory control tasks and maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Willingness to train and be certified to operate material handling equipment such as order pickers, forklifts, reach trucks, turret trucks, pallet jacks, and walkie riders.
