Job summary

Cardinal Health is seeking a Learning Development and Delivery trainer for the Consumer Health Logistics Center in Groveport, Ohio. The role focuses on delivering instructor-led trainings, coordinating schedules, and developing training materials for new hires and ongoing employee education.

You will work closely with site leadership to ensure readiness and effectiveness of training, including updates to tools and systems, and you will engage in coaching and professional development through the

Qualifications

Must have strong communication and training delivery skills.
Experience with learning management systems is a plus.
Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse training environment.

Responsibilities

Delivers learning programs and activities using COE materials.
Provides training on programs including New Employee Orientation, Pharmaceutical Distribution, and EH&S.
Serves as training contact for site employees and coordinates training needs.
Learns and trains on all warehouse functions; completes PIT certification training.
