The role leads planning and implementation of workforce development learning, providing independent consultation and operational support to teams and management on complex needs. The position enables telework, supports program-wide learning curricula, and may work on multiple specialized curriculums across the agency.

Qualifications

• Three (3) years of experience designing and delivering learning solutions.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Public or Business Administration, Education, or related field may substitute one year of experience.
• Experience applying adult learning theory and instructional design principles.
• Experience consulting with leadership to identify learning needs and solutions.

Responsibilities

• Leading workforce and leadership development strategies and cross-functional projects to boost team readiness.
• Designing multi-modal training programs and leading leadership development for the Paid Leave Program.
• Managing daily learning operations, maintaining training content libraries, and using data analytics to improve programs.
