Job summary

Blue Cross Blue Shield of Arizona is seeking a Strategic Product Lead – Large Group to own the 12–36 month roadmaps, drive network design, and lead multi-year product initiatives in the Arizona large group market.

You will partner with Sales, Legal, Operations and IT to translate strategy into executable plans, track performance, and ensure programs meet employer and member needs while delivering profitable growth.

Qualifications

• 7 years of product management, strategy, or consulting experience in healthcare/insurance or related domains.
• 5 years of experience leading complex, cross-functional product initiatives in large-scale environments.
• 5 years of experience in strategic planning, including roadmaps, market analysis and long-term growth.
• 3 years in Large Group (employer-sponsored) market segments, preferably in healthcare or regulated industries.
• 2+ years of leadership including influencing senior stakeholders and guiding product teams.

Responsibilities

• Own large group product roadmap across priority domains and maintain a 12–36 month plan with outcomes and metrics.
• Lead network design positioning and implementation leadership for large group products.
• Own revenue generation and portfolio optimization, including value adds and pricing considerations.
• Coordinate discovery for new concepts (navigation/advocacy) and define MVP scope and differentiation.
• Maintain knowledge of Arizona large group market and competitive intelligence; translate findings into actions.
• Ensure initiatives are operationally sound with scalable playbooks and robust go-to-market readiness.
