Job summary

BrightView is seeking a Site Supervisor in Orlando to lead field operations on a per-site basis, ensuring quality and adherence to specifications. You will oversee scheduling, safety, and client communications while guiding a crew to meet daily goals.

The role emphasizes leadership, on-site coordination, and maintaining high service standards, with opportunities to develop crew members and contribute to branch goals.

Qualifications

• BrightView Equipment certifications required.
• Experience in a landscape-related field.
• Demonstrated leadership among the team and with peers.
• Driver’s License required.
• Attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate with crews and customers on-site.
• Bi-Lingual (Spanish) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a schedule and ensure service expectations are met.
• Identify and elevate customer problems or concerns to the Operations Manager.
• Assist in resolving issues with customer service when needed.
• Ensure work is performed safely and in accordance with company policies.
• Communicate regularly with the Operations Manager to ensure client needs and expectations are met or exceeded.
• Monitor site quality daily and ensure crews address deficiencies.
