Job summary

BrightView Landscapes is seeking a Site Supervisor (Crew Leader) to manage field operations for a client site daily, ensuring quality and adherence to specifications. This role requires coordinating with the Operations Manager, guiding crew members, and maintaining safety standards on site.

You will monitor work quality, resolve client concerns, and help develop and train crew members while ensuring equipment maintenance and accurate time capture.

Qualifications

• Experience leading teams in landscape-related field.
• Strong communication with crews and customers on-site.
• Attention to detail in field operations and safety procedures.
• Bi-lingual (Spanish) preferred for on-site communication.

Responsibilities

• Maintain schedule and meet service expectations.
• Identify and elevate customer concerns to Operations Manager.
• Ensure work performed safely per company policies.
• Communicate with Operations Manager to meet client needs.
• Oversee day-to-day site operations and delegate tasks to crew.
