Job summary

BrightView Landscapes, LLC is seeking a Site Supervisor to manage field operations for a specific customer site daily, ensuring quality and job specifications are met.

You will maintain schedules, coordinate with the Operations Manager, lead crew members, and ensure safety, communication, and on-site performance. This full-time role requires landscape experience and strong leadership to handle outdoor work across varying conditions.

Qualifications

• BrightView Equipment certifications required.
• Experience in a landscape-related field.
• Ability to lead a team and communicate with crews and customers on-site.
• Bi-Lingual (Spanish) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a schedule and ensure service expectations are met
• Identify and elevate customer problems or concerns to the Operations Manager
• Assist in resolving issues with customer service when needed
• Ensure work is performed safely and in accordance with company policies
• Communicate regularly with the Operations Manager to ensure client needs and expectations are met or exceeded
• Monitor site quality daily and ensure crews address deficiencies
• Deliver services as specified on the client site
• Coordinate service execution with the Operations Manager
• Oversee day-to-day site operations and delegate work to crew team members
• Provide Operations Manager feedback on crew members
• Develop and train crew members with the Crew Leader/Operations Manager
• Ensure preventative maintenance is performed and equipment is in good working order
• Participate in branch meetings as directed
• Ensure crew time is accurately captured
• Log equipment usage and maintenance cycles
