Job summary

BrightView is seeking a Landscape Foreman in Orlando, FL to manage upgrades for commercial landscape maintenance accounts. You will lead crews, inspect sites weekly, schedule deliveries, and ensure safety and quality on every project.

The role requires at least 3 years of construction site experience, knowledge of blueprints, and strong communication skills. Bilingual Spanish is a plus, and you’ll work in an active outdoor environment with potential overtime.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of blueprints.
• Ability to lead others and manage crews.
• Must be able to be certified in first aid.
• Effective written and oral communication skills.
• Bilingual Spanish preferred.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work in extreme conditions (heat).
• Ability to lift and carry approx. 40 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Inspect job sites weekly.
• Complete job site checklists.
• Install materials for landscaping, irrigation, and site development.
• Schedule delivery of materials and equipment.
• Monitor crews production, quality, and safety.
• Coordinate scheduling with subcontractors.
