Qualifications

• Proven leadership in a crew setting.
• Strong communication with crews and customers on-site.
• Bi-lingual Spanish preferred to assist diverse clients.
• Requires valid driver’s license and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Maintain schedule and meet service expectations.
• Identify and elevate customer concerns to Operations Manager.
• Ensure safety and adherence to company policies.
• Oversee day-to-day site operations and delegate tasks.
• Log equipment usage and maintenance cycles.
• Coordinate service execution with Operations Manager and crew members.
