Job summary

BrightView is seeking an Enhancement Crew Leader in Orlando to lead landscape install teams on site, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency. You will conduct site inspections, guide soil, planting, watering, and insect control, and coordinate schedules while driving vehicle upkeep and training crew members.

You will also read architectural drawings and supervise crew activities, fostering a collaborative, safety-first work environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years landscape install experience.
• 1 year (minimum) experience managing 2+ person crew.
• At least one year of experience in lawn care and landscaping a must; supervisory experience desired.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on leadership and guidance for soil, planting, watering and insect control.
• Conduct site inspections, manage crew schedules, and review charts and reports.
• Drive and maintain vehicles, train personnel with emphasis on safety, and ensure equipment operation.
• Train crew members and reinforce safety standards across the team.
• Read architectural drawings and translate plans into on-site actions.
