Job summary

BrightView Landscapes is seeking a Landscape Foreman in Orlando, FL to supervise installation and upgrades of commercial landscape projects. You will lead crews, ensure safety and quality, and coordinate material deliveries.

Knowledge of blueprints and a 3+ year construction background are essential; Spanish bilingual skills are a plus. Expect long hours in hot conditions, with strong emphasis on teamwork, communication, and adherence to safety protocols.

• Knowledge of blueprints.
• Ability to lead others and manage crews.
• Able to be certified in first aid.
• Effective written and oral communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong work ethic.
• Bilingual (Spanish).
• Minimum 3 years construction site experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage installation of upgrades for commercial landscape maintenance accounts.
• Conduct weekly job site inspections.
• Complete job site checklists.
• Schedule delivery of materials and equipment.
• Oversee crews production rates, quality control and safety.
• Assist in job scheduling and coordination of subcontractors.
• Ensure safety checks and PPE compliance.
• Maintain hazardous communication folder and safety records.
• Report accidents and follow company policy.
