Job summary

BrightView Landscapes, LLC is seeking a Landscaper III to provide skilled maintenance for industrial, commercial, and public properties. The role requires operating commercial equipment and caring for plant materials while working independently and coordinating with the Crew Leader to meet project timelines.

Responsibilities include weed control, pruning, irrigation checks, mulching, and ensuring safety and quality in every task.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years old.
• Enthusiastic and dependable.
• Certified on level 3 landscaping equipment (bed edger, chainsaw, power pole, pruner, leaf vacuum, skid steer).
• Certified to apply pesticides.

Responsibilities

• Proactively maintain site detail and appearance.
• Lead responsibilities when Crew Leader absent.
• Solve problems with Crew Leader and meet schedule challenges.
• Complete punch list items without supervision.
• Operate mowers, edgers, trimmers, and blowers safely.
• Train teammates on preventive maintenance of trucks and trailers.
• Maintain courteous, professional interaction with guests and customers.
