Job summary

Belknap Landscape LLC is seeking a Sales Manager to lead its project sales team in New Hampshire's Lakes Region. You will manage eight to ten sales professionals, mentor staff, and maintain a select personal book of strategic accounts.

Compensation ranges from $85,000 to $100,000 annually, plus commissions and a bonus tied to team and project performance. Relocation assistance is available for the right candidate moving to the Lakes Region.

Qualifications

• Green-industry experience in landscape or related trades.
• Proven sales leadership with experience leading a sales team.
• Experience with consultative selling and building client trust.
• CRM fluency with Aspire or similar CRM systems.
• Strong local ties to the Lakes Region or willingness to build a career there.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the team of eight (potentially ten to fifteen) sales professionals, with coaching and one-on-ones.
• Review estimates, assist with pricing and proposals, and support sellers to win work.
• Grow the book through networking, referrals, and cross-selling across maintenance, enhancements, irrigation, and snow services.
• Own a team book of approximately $10 million and keep pipeline and follow-up visible.
• Build dashboards and pipelines; learn each seller's process in 60–90 days and implement improvements.
• Carry a personal book of strategic accounts to lead by example.
• Advise on larger opportunities from estimate to close.
• Ensure alignment between sales and operations with design, procurement, and production.
