You will evaluate client inquiries, generate precise estimates with LMN/Aspire, and smoothly transition closed business to the Account Management team for ongoing service, thriving in a vibrant Lakes Region office culture.

Qualifications

• Deep horticulture background and knowledge of regional plants.
• Strong communication with high-net-worth clients.

• Must be able to commute to local client properties.

Responsabilités

• Manage inbound sales inquiries from luxury residential clients to propose tailored maintenance packages and property upgrades.
• Evaluate landscape conditions to generate upsell opportunities, including drainage improvements.
• Build precise, detailed estimates using LMN or Aspire without full design-build responsibilities.
• Deliver polished presentations to second- and third-home owners in the region.
• Hand off secured contracts to Account Management for ongoing service.
• Leverage AI tools and estimating systems to streamline operations and maintain client records.
