Job summary

BrightView Landscapes, Durham NC, seeks a Crew Leader Enhancement to guide a 2+ person crew in landscape enhancement and maintenance, including soil, planting, watering, and insect control. Lead hands-on efforts to meet client standards while driving operational efficiencies.

The role requires CDL (good record), 2+ years in landscape install, 1+ year supervising crews, and ability to read architectural drawings. Strong leadership and teamwork are essential for safety and success.

Qualifications

2+ years of landscape install experience
Minimum 1 year of lawn care and landscaping; supervisory experience desired
Minimum 1 year experience managing a 2+ person crew
CDL with a good record
Familiarity with landscaping techniques and equipment
Experience running equipment (skid steer, excavator, backhoe, etc.)
Able to read architectural drawings
Strong leadership skills
Able to work well with others
Reliable transportation

Responsibilities

Conduct site inspections and provide hands-on leadership/guidance for soil, planting, watering, and insect control
Ensure client standards are met while maintaining operational efficiencies
Drive and maintain vehicles, train crew members with strong emphasis on safety, manage schedules, and review charts and reports
