Sarver Landscape is seeking an Install Division Manager to lead, manage, and grow the Install Division, owning production, revenue, gross profit, job costing, scheduling, team development, quality control, and customer communication.

The role combines strategic leadership with hands-on field management and is expected to drive division performance through planning, people leadership, process discipline, and strong financial oversight.

Qualifications

• Strong landscape installation production experience.
• Proven ability to lead field teams across multiple crews.
• Solid understanding of job costing, labor budgets, and gross profit.
• Ability to read scopes of work, plans, and project documents.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Proficiency with company software and project management tools.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all landscape installation production from project handoff through completion.
• Manage project schedules, crew assignments, material coordination, and equipment needs.
• Ensure projects meet scope, budget, timelines, and customer expectations.
• Coordinate handoffs between sales, design, and production teams.
• Monitor progress and adjust staffing, materials, and plans to protect schedule and profitability.
• Lead pre-construction and project kickoff meetings, job walks, and reviews.
• Manage change orders with proper documentation and pricing.
