Qualifications

• 7+ years in landscape installation
• At least 3 years in supervisory/division management
• Deep knowledge of landscape construction methods (grading, hardscape, planting, irrigation, drainage)
• Proficient in project management and field operations software (Aspire, or equivalent)
• Strong financial acumen: job costing, budget tracking, labor efficiency, gross margin management
• Ability to read construction drawings and landscape plans
• Proven track record of building and retaining high-performing field crews
• Excellent communicator with crews and leadership, clients

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the annual strategic plan for the Install Division.
• Establish annual division goals, KPIs, and budget in partnership with the COO.
• Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, profitability, and client experience.
• Forecast labor needs and production capacity 3–12 months ahead.
• Recommend capital equipment purchases and technology improvements.
• Evaluate division performance and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
• Own division P&L — monitor job costing, labor efficiency, and gross margin per project.
• Oversee PM development and crew supervision, scheduling, equipment utilization, and subcontractor coordination.
