Job summary

Shearon Environmental is seeking a Landscape Foreman to lead a 3–5 person crew on landscape installation and maintenance projects. This role requires reading landscape plans, coordinating with clients and internal teams, and maintaining a safe, efficient work site.

You will supervise daily activities, ensure timely completion, and serve as the main on-site contact for clients and property managers, with hands-on execution and leadership throughout projects.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of landscape installation or maintenance experience.
• Prior leadership or crew supervision experience preferred.
• Ability to read and follow landscape plans.

Responsibilities

• Lead a 3–5-person landscape crew on installation and maintenance projects.
• Assign and oversee daily tasks to ensure timely, high-quality work.
• Operate company vehicles and equipment safely and responsibly.
• Maintain an organized, clean, and safe job site at all times.
• Enter electronic timesheets for yourself and crew daily.
• Act as on-site point of contact for clients and property managers.
• Report progress and issues to Operations Managers promptly.
• Coordinate with internal teams for materials, scheduling, and logistics.
