Job summary

BrightView Holdings, Inc. is seeking an Enhancement Crew Leader in Colorado Springs to guide a landscape installation and lawn care team on client sites, focusing on safety, efficiency, and top-quality workmanship.

The role requires strong supervisory capabilities and the ability to meet project standards and timelines. You will oversee a 2+ person crew, perform site inspections, manage equipment, and coach team members in soil, planting, watering, and pest-control techniques while maintaining

Qualifications

• 2+ years landscape install experience required.
• Minimum 1 year managing a 2+ person crew.
• At least 1 year of lawn care experience required; supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure efficiency and meet client standards.
• Conduct site inspections, provide hands-on leadership, and guidance for soil, planting, watering and insect control.
• Drive and maintain vehicles, train personnel with a strong emphasis on safety, manage schedules, and review charts and reports.
