Job summary

BrightView Landscapes, LLC is seeking a Crew Leader Enhancement to guide a 2+ person crew in landscape installation and maintenance, with hands‑on leadership in soil, planting, watering, and insect control while meeting client standards and improving efficiencies.

You will inspect sites, supervise crew activities, train on safety, and manage schedules and reports. The role requires 2+ years in landscape install, CDL with a clean record, and the ability to read architectural drawings.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of landscape install experience
• Minimum 1 year of lawn care and landscaping; supervisory experience desired
• Minimum 1 year experience managing a 2+ person crew
• CDL with a good record is required
• Familiarity with landscaping techniques and equipment
• Experience running equipment (skid steer, excavator, backhoe)
• Able to read architectural drawings
• Strong leadership skills
• Able to work well with others
• Reliable transportation

Responsibilities

• Conduct site inspections and provide hands-on leadership for soil, planting, watering, and insect control
• Ensure client standards are met while maintaining operational efficiencies
• Drive and maintain vehicles, train crew members with emphasis on safety, manage schedules, and review charts and reports
