Job summary

BrightView Landscapes, LLC is seeking a Crew Leader for landscape enhancement and maintenance. You will lead a crew of 2+ members, oversee soil, planting, watering, and insect control, and ensure client standards are met while driving efficiency.

Qualifications include 2+ years in landscape install, 1+ year supervisory experience, a valid CDL, and ability to read architectural drawings. Strong leadership and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years landscape install experience.
• 1+ year lawn care and landscaping; supervisory experience desired.
• 1+ year managing a 2+ person crew.
• CDL license with good driving record.
• Able to read architectural drawings.
• Strong leadership and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Conduct site inspections and provide hands-on leadership for soil, planting, watering, and insect control
• Ensure client standards are met while maintaining operational efficiencies
• Drive and maintain vehicles; train crew; manage schedules; review charts and reports
