Job summary

BrightView Landscapes, a leader in commercial landscaping, seeks a Crew Leader Enhancement to oversee a 2+ person crew. You?ll lead hands-on landscape enhancement, manage soil, planting, watering, and insect control while upholding client standards and improving operational efficiencies.

You will inspect sites, guide the team, and train crew members with safety emphasis; familiarity with equipment and reading drawings will help you drive schedules, safety and performance.

Qualifications

• 2+ years landscape install experience
• Minimum 1 year experience in lawn care and landscaping; supervisory experience desired
• Minimum 1 year experience managing a 2+ person crew
• Class C Driver's license with a good record
• Familiarity with landscaping techniques and equipment
• Experience running equipment (skid steer, excavator, backhoe)
• Able to read architectural drawings
• Strong leadership skills
• Able to work well with others
• Reliable transportation

Responsibilities

• Conduct site inspections and provide hands-on leadership/guidance for soil, planting, watering, and insect control
• Ensure client standards are met while maintaining operational efficiencies
• Drive and maintain vehicles, train crew members with strong emphasis on safety, manage schedules, and review charts and reports
