BrightView Landscapes is seeking a Crew Leader Enhancement to oversee landscape enhancement and maintenance for a crew of 2 or more. The role involves hands-on leadership in soil, planting, watering, and insect control, ensuring client standards are met while pursuing operational efficiencies.

Applicants should have 2+ years in landscape install, at least 1 year supervising a small crew, and a CDL with a good driving record. CDL-required equipment operation and safety training are valued.

Formación

• 2+ years of landscape install experience.
• Minimum 1 year of experience supervising a 2+ person crew.
• CDL with a good record is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct site inspections and provide hands‑on leadership for soil, planting, watering, and insect control.
• Ensure client standards are met while maintaining operational efficiencies.
• Drive and maintain vehicles, train crew members with emphasis on safety, manage schedules, and review charts and reports.
