Job summary

BrightView Landscapes is seeking a Crew Leader Enhancement to oversee a 2+ person crew, providing hands-on leadership in landscape enhancement and maintenance including soil, planting, watering, and insect control. You will ensure client standards are met while identifying operational efficiencies.

The role requires CDL, outdoor work, and strong leadership. It offers full-time hours, benefits, and opportunities to drive process improvements in a busy field team.

Qualifications

• 2+ years landscape install experience.
• Minimum 1 year in lawn care and landscaping; supervisory experience desired.
• Minimum 1 year experience managing a 2+ person crew.
• CDL with a good driving record.
• Able to read architectural drawings.
• Strong leadership and teamwork.
• Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Conduct site inspections and lead soil, planting, watering, and insect control.
• Ensure client standards and maintain operational efficiencies.
• Drive and maintain vehicles; train crew; manage schedules; review charts and reports.
